Stretchy IK

We all know how to make an IK setup.

There is a lot of material online that tells exactly how to set up a stretchy IK. I did not come up with this technique myself, but am merely putting things together and consolidating it all into an image.

Because we are all visual people anyway.. Once you understand the algorithm, you can do it in any way you want.

A condition node, A multiply Divide node.
